RDNO Secondary Dwelling Competition

A prototype secondary dwelling developed for the Regional District of North Okanagan to explore more attainable, pre-approved housing options for the region. The design balances increased density with privacy, daylight, passive solar considerations and connection to the outdoors, creating a compact home intended to be adaptable, locally buildable and comfortable across changing seasons.
