Interior Design Consultation

STUDIO309 offers three levels of consultation, designed to meet you where you are in your project.

  • Decision Support Consultation (45 minutes)

A focused consultation for one space, one decision, or one clear set of design questions.

    Best Suited For
Clients needing confident direction before time, money, materials, or construction work are committed.

    Session Format
45 minutes, virtual or in person within 30 minutes of Armstrong.

    Outcome
This session provides clear priorities, stronger direction, and a more informed next step.

This consultation is not intended to review an entire project. It is intentionally focused, practical, and clear.

  • Architectural floor plan and elevations of a small bathroom, showing toilet, sink, and door layout.

    Strategic Consultation (2 hours)

A deeper consultation for clarity and direction across several connected design decisions.

    Best Suited For
Clients who are planning, renovating, refining, or preparing to make meaningful decisions and need clear direction before larger project, budget, material, or construction decisions are committed.

    Session Format
2 hours, virtual or in person within 30 minutes of Armstrong.
    Includes a written direction summary.

    Outcome
Clearer design direction, stronger priorities, and a more confident path forward.

This consultation is not intended to replace a full design process. It is intentionally strategic, focused, and clear.

Initial Project Scoping Consultation (2 hours)

An on site scoping consultation to understand the site, existing conditions, project goals, and design opportunities before a larger project moves forward.

    Best Suited For
Clients considering a partial scope or full service project who need the project clearly understood before the next phase of design support is defined.

    Session Format
2 hours, on site. This consultation reviews the project context, priorities, constraints, site conditions, and level of design support required.

    Outcome
A clearer understanding of the project scope, site opportunities, priorities, potential risks, and recommended next step.

This consultation is the first step in Project engagement, but is not a full design phase. It is intended to clarify what the project needs before design work moves forward.
